Close Encounters of the Third Kind Landing
During Star and Planetary formation processes, it happens that some new planets get thrown out of a solar system by gravitational forces. These become lifeless planets floating out in space. Currently, our scientists estimate that there are more of these rogue planets in our galaxy, than there are stars.
Since they are plentiful, and have all of the elements needed for construction, they are hollowed out, and used for mobile habitats known as Motherships. Many Motherships can be made from a single rogue planet. Perhaps the most popular design is the Torus, although other models are sometimes used.
With the Torus design the central hole is the power generation and propulsion unit, and the inside surface of the whole of the Torus is the habitat space. Using gravitic induction, the inside surface of this hollow torus is always set to down at a level comfortable for the inhabitants. Generally, a massive ocean is placed along the outer edge of the inside of the torus, while the inside of the inner ring of the torus is set aside for land. The water doesn't spill over onto land space, because with gravitic induction the inner surface of the inside of the torus is uniformly down.
There is plenty of room for islands, mountain ranges, and whole continents. Motherships are very big. Now remember that the inside of the torus is a hollow and three dimensional space. Exactly midway between the inner and outer rings of the torus, a small artificial sun is set in orbit to go around providing light. The inner ring of the torus is made just large enough for this small artificial sun to light half of it at all times, giving the inner ring of the torus a comfortable night and day cycle approximating Spring. That means that the outer edge of the inside of the torus, (which is generally all ocean), gets a much longer light cycle, something like Summer. You do the Math, figuring that the proportion between the inner ring and the outer ring is the critical factor.
As I said above, Motherships are very large, and can easily accommodate populations on an average of 10 billion inhabitants, with lots of empty land for mountain ranges and vast forests. It takes about 1000 years to construct a Mothership. Then it needs to be seeded with the basics of life, micro-organisms, algai, etc. Then corals for reefs, and simple fungi, plants and animals. More complex lifeforms are added as the total ecology can handle them. One 20,000 or more years are usually set aside for the habitat to fully ripen, and be ready for colonization by intelligent inhabitants. That's actually pretty quick in geological terms. Does this give you an idea of the scale of long range planning used by Civilization?
Motherships are completely self-contained habitats, but they can be moved anywhere, if the inhabitants see a need. It is customary for a Mothership visiting a solar system, to park about one astronomical unit away from the solar system's sun, and above the plane of the solar system's planets. This gives the inhabitants easy access to whatever they might want to visit in that solar system, while keeping the Mothership completely out of that solar system's debris field. So if somebody decides to visit us, you would be able to see it at about a 45 degree angle above the Sun, as a new planet in the sky. A telescope would be needed, most likely, to view it as a ring.
Best viewing times would be before and during dawn, or at sunset and awhile afterwards, since it is not likely to be bright enough to be seen at noon.

The Seeding of the Worlds
The Ascension Transition
Given enough TIME, a planet will eventually begin generating life appropriate for the conditions on that world.
Nobody waits around for that. Ten Billion years could go by before anything happened.
So when a planet has settled down enough in its formation process for Life to be seeded there and survive, that is what happens. Later on, more complex life forms are added from time to time. Depending upon the size of the planet, and what sort of Sun it orbits, we might not even recognize what is seeded, and what would develop from that. Even upon very similar worlds, Life will diverge in various ways, depending upon a myriad of factors, and things which might happen during the process.
Each planet is a bit unique in its development, despite the fact that Life was seeded there from time to time over a few billion years. Eventually, Intelligence becomes a possibility.
Our Sun is a third or fourth generation Star. The earliest Stars in our Universe were huge, and went supernova, and from that debris other Stars were formed. It has happened many times in waves. There are intelligent species out there who got an earlier start than we did, and they measure their civilizations in millions of years. Do you seriously think that we could understand much of what they would like to talk about?
We are a young species, barely intelligible, and certainly not Intelligent by InterGalactic standards. They have visited here, and people have tried to worship them as Gods. They were embarrassed by that.
Our solar system is about one third of the way out from the center of our Galaxy, and our orbit takes some 230 million years. This orbit is at a 45 degree angle to the plane of our Galaxy, and at the moment, we are just about at the plane of our Galaxy. In some 40 million years, our solar system will be somewhat above the plane of our Galaxy. Now it just happens, that when you use HyperSpacial travel to hop from one Galaxy to visit another, that the easiest place to slip back into normal space, is somewhat above the plane of that Galaxy, but also fairly near the most populated and civilized zones.
Have I given you an idea of the sort of long range planning that is going on?
Somewhere among the myriad Galaxies inside our Universe at this very moment, there is a Star going SuperNova. From this explosion a Black Hole will be formed, and inside that Black Hole, a new Universe will be created in a Big Bang.
And from this you should be able to figure out the mystery of the creation of our Universe, and the Seeding of the Worlds...

Contact at Craney Hill, New Hampshire : 1975
It was in August of 1975, and I had been camped atop Craney Hill near New England College in Henniker, New Hampshire for about a month. I was spending my time meditating, and contemplating. I hiked around browsing on the wild blueberries, and enjoying the beautiful landscape.
Early one evening my friend, Tommy, (who I've lost track of over the years), came up with a supply of food. I was fixing a pot of Red Zinger tea, when Tommy spotted a light over in the East. He said it was a UFO, but I said it was just an airplane heading directly towards us.
As it drew closer and closer, it made no sound, and I should point out that there are no swamps in the area from which swamp gas might arise, besides which, it had been a rather dry Summer. By the time it was directly overhead, I knew it was no airplane, or even a helicopter, because they make a lot of noise, and this object in the sky made none.
At this point I felt that I was being observed from above, and not just upon the physical plane. I felt the presence of a vast and benign Intelligence. So I filled a cup, and offered it some tea. Then it *spoke* to me, not in words, or even in telepathy as I knew it, but in whole concepts. Each Idea it gave me, was like a chapter from a book.
First it thanked me for the offer of the nourishing beverage, but explained that it was not a ship with some kind of people in it, but instead, it was a Being of pure conscious energy. It said that it had been watching over the development of life on Earth for some four billion years. Then, it said that I could ask it one question.
I asked it how the Universe works.
My question pleased it, and in answer, it began to fill me with energies, opening all of my Chakras, all planting the answer deep in my mind, where it has been leaking out to my conscious awareness ever since. Then, it flew off towards the South, and disappeared.
Over the next few days, many people began coming up to the top of Craney Hill asking about the UFO. It had been seen from all directions in the area by a lot of people, and I didn't know what to tell them. As you can imagine, I had quite a bit to sort out. Finally, I decided to move back to Cambridge, Mass...

Pleiadian Plaza

This came to me in a dream, although I'm not certain that it actually was a dream...
I had brought a troupe of terrestial human performers to the home world of the Pleiadians for an engagement of our variety show. The show had gone well, but Pleiadians don't applaud, as we do, because most of what they express themselves with, is carried on a mental level, rather than a vocal one. That was very disconcerting to the terrestial human performers, most of whom were rather limited in Astral perception. They could feel that the Pleiadians had enjoyed our performance, even though the room had been silent.
It was the morning after the performance, and our Guides were taking us outside for breakfast. Pleiadian cities have very tall buildings, which are set very far apart. In between, most of the city is set aside for parks & gardens. Some of the trees are ancient & towering themselves, but there are also open places of meadows surrounded by fruit trees, ponds, fountains, and pathways in and around garden areas.
For breakfast, you just walk out, pick some fruits and veggies, find a comfortable place to sit on a bench or at a table, & eat. Since everybody is fabulously wealthy, it's all free. The Pleiadian people all spend a bit of time tending these gardens, since they feed everybody, and gardening is a pleasure.
As we stepped out into the plaza, I felt a ripple of excitement spread across the city. There were easily some 10,000 Pleiadians out walking about on their own business, some gathered in groups, others tending gardens, others having breakfast, and plenty of space for all the growing things.
Once we had all gotten to the area where we were to pick our own breakfasts, an amazing thing happened. In our performance the night before, (which had been broadcast system-wide), there was one song which had especially delighted the Pleiadian audience. And now all across the plaza, they began to sing it together in flawless English with angelic Pleiadian voices...
"Somewhere over the rainbow skys are blue. And the dreams that you dare to dream, really do come true..." Somebody operating their weather control system even managed to get a tiny rain cloud in place to produce a rainbow, too.
