Jacques-Yves Cousteau I feel was one of the best oceanic explorers of all time,after all was he one of the first to develop the aqua-lung during world war two? His show during the 1960s THE UNDERSEA WORLD OF JACQUES COUSTEAU was one of my favorite learning experiences as a child.God bless him,his family[his sons accompanied him on his expeditions] and all the people who followed him.
